3 STAGES OF GUA SHA PRODUCTION
For the convenience of distinction, we divide gua sha production into 3 major stages. Each stage contains several different processes.
RAW MATERIAL
The rough stone is processed by cutting to make it easier to process.
PROCESSING
Depending on the required product style, it is processed manually or by machine.
END PRODUCTS
After the product is produced, it will be inspected and packaged
GUA SHA RAW MATERIAL
We have our own Gua Sha raw stone factory. We can provide high-standard Gua Sha raw materials at a very low cost.
Large Rough Stone Cutting
Most raw stone materials are too large to be processed directly, so they need to be cut into sizes more suitable for processing using large cutting machines.
Rough Stone Slicer
After the initial cutting, the raw stone still needs to be cut into two-centimeter thick plates by a machine for subsequent processing.
GUA SHA PROCESSING
We have our own Gua Sha raw stone factory. We can provide high-standard Gua Sha raw materials at a very low cost.
Gua Sha Model
Drawing the required gua sha pattern on the cut stone slab requires experienced workers.
Gua Sha Shape Cutting
The stone is cut by hand along the pattern drawn on the stone slab. The speed varies depending on the difficulty of the pattern.

Gua Sha Tool Polishing
The surface of the gua sha tool after cutting is very rough and sharp and cannot be used directly. So it needs to be polished.
GUA SHA END PRODUCT

Gua Sha Quality Inspection
After polishing, gua sha tools are uniformly inspected and graded or eliminated based on quality. Key indicators include size, cracks, pit patterns, and color.
Gua Sha Packaging
Qualified Gua Sha products that pass the quality inspection will be packaged according to the requirements of the contract negotiated with the customer. This will be the final product that reaches the customer.
