📦 Shipping Policy

1. Delivery Time
   Orders are typically delivered within 10–35 business days, depending on the chosen shipping method and destination country.

2. Non-Refundable Shipping Fees
   Once your order has been shipped, the shipping cost is non-refundable, regardless of return or cancellation requests.

3. No Free Shipping
   Due to the high cost of international logistics, we do not offer free shipping. We will always strive to choose the most cost-effective shipping solution for your region.

🔁 Return & Refund Policy

1. No-Questions-Asked Refund/Return

   Not all products support no-reason refunds. For customized gua sha tools (including customized logos, gua sha styles, and customized packaging), which cannot be resold, we do not accept no-reason returns/refunds.

   For no-reason returns/refunds, we will only refund the actual cost of the product. Round-trip shipping costs, including customs clearance fees, will be borne by you. Thank you for your understanding.

2. Damaged or Missing Items
   If your order arrives with non-human-caused damage or missing items, please contact us within 15 days of receiving your package. You can provide photos and videos when applying for a return/refund to expedite the process.

3. Refund Deductions
   If your return/refund request is approved, please note that shipping fees will be deducted from the refunded amount. Thank you for your understanding.
