1. Gua Sha Abdominal

2. Gua Sha Hand And Feet

Gua sha can solve this problem, becaues it can smooth the flow of qi and unblock the meridians. Methods: Firstly, using the surface of the gua sha board scrapes the palm of the hand, and towards to hot and red. And using the groove part of gua sha board scrapes all fingers from the root to the fingertips, 5-10 times in each direction. This technique can be applied to scraping the feet, too.
3. Gua Sha Eyes
Usually when our eyes are tired, we do eye exercise to relieve eye fatigue. But using gua sha board instead of finger pressure can create a more effective stimulation of acupuncture points. Gua sha can better improve the blood circulation around the eyes, relieve fatigue and dryness. Methods: Firstly, using gua sha comb presses on the Mien Ming points,then start at the Mien Ming points and end at the outer corners of the eyes, scraping in the upper and lower orbital directions respectively.
4. Gua Sha Neck
Cervical spondylosis is the ‘occupational disease’ of many ambulatory workers. Gua sha can invigorate blood and relax tendons and improve local blood stagnation, which effectively improve cervical spondylosis. Methods: Scrape the middle point of the back hairline toward the great vertebrae, and the upper edges of the two outer corners of the back hairline toward the right and left shoulder respectively. 5. Gua Sha Coercive Ribs
